Nduku has a daily routine of waking up long before sunrise to either hit the gym or workout in the house. That’s waking up just after 4:30 am to get a nice little sweat going. And that’s six days a week. Sometimes seven.
And then, she exercises again in the afternoon after work. Every day.
Najwa sees this and wants to be like mommy so joined her in one of the afternoon sessions at the house.
